This policy describes how information is handled when you use Savvy Tic Tac Toe (“the App”). The App is provided by Mab Media Software Systems (“we”, “us”). If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.
We do not operate our own login system for the App and do not intentionally collect your name, email address, or phone number through the App itself.
The App may display advertisements using Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). Google may use identifiers and device-related information (for example an advertising ID where available) to deliver, personalize, and measure ads, and to help protect against fraud and abuse.

Depending on your region and device settings, you may be able to limit ad personalization using your device settings (for example Android advertising settings).
Game state (such as the current board) is processed on your device to run the game. We do not operate an in-App cloud save feature as part of this policy description.
The App may play optional sound effects locally on your device. This does not require uploading your audio recordings.
The App is not intended to solicit personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information in a way that concerns you, contact us using the details below.
If you are located outside your home country, your information may be processed in countries where service providers operate (for example the United States or countries where Google processes data), subject to applicable law.
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top will be revised when material changes are made. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
You can request deletion of personal information we may hold about you in connection with the App (for example, information you sent us by email). Email martsofteng@gmail.com from an address you control and describe your request. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Advertising-related data may also be processed by Google through AdMob; you can manage some ad and device settings on your Android device (for example Google Ads / advertising ID settings) as described in Google’s help documentation.
